Digital Moscow is an interdisciplinary project created out of the seminar on "Socialist and Post-Socialist Cities" at Georgetown University. The capital of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and now of the Russian Federation, Moscow has a witnessed sometimes creative and sometimes destructive change over the past century. As explorers of Moscow's history, landscape, architecture, and representation, we are distilling our knowledge of the city into various landmarks and sites. By adopting diverse thematic perspectives, students from three iterations of the seminar have mapped the city across time and space.
